We are offering a basic salary between £34,000 and £37,000 depending on skills and experience, along with a range of excellent company benefits. About the role You’ll act as the key link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every interaction is clear, supportive, and stress-free. You’ll play a crucial role in managing complex customer enquiries, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining strong customer relationships. As a senior member of the team, you will also support the leadership and development of colleagues, helping to drive performance, maintain operational standards, and achieve departmental KPIs.
