The HRIS Delivery Lead plays a key role in supporting the delivery and enhancement of HR technology solutions and projects. This role will be the primary contact for the third-party support vendor to ensure KPIs are achieved and sprints are maximized. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, working with Process Owners, HRIS Product Owner, and IT colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Platform Delivery: Manage the product roadmap and backlog, plan sprints, and prioritize enhancements based on business needs. Support HRIS project planning and execution, including system rollouts, upgrades, improvements, and integrations. Ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business and contractual requirements.
* Technical Leadership: Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and customers. Drive technical decision-making, engineering execution, and platform governance. Identify and adopt emerging technologies to enhance platform performance.
* Project & Change Management: Define project scopes, requirements, and success metrics. Manage platform projects to ensure ROI and impact. Shift towards proactive, value-driven initiatives to reduce reactive support.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between Process Owners, technical teams, and vendors. Educate stakeholders for optimal platform use. Represent LRQA professionally in customer engagements.
* Operational Excellence: Monitor platform costs, licenses, and vendor contracts. Oversee release management, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Manage resource capacity and team performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience leading HRIS or enterprise platform delivery, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
* Strong technical background with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
* Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt style for outcomes.
* Result-oriented, assertive, flexible, and enthusiastic team player with a “can do” attitude.
* Experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and platform governance.
* Knowledge of software lifecycle, release management, and cost optimization.
* Growth mindset, ability to navigate complexity, culturally sensitive, high integrity, valuing diversity.
