Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Coordinator Assistant to join our Team to support the Senior Customer Co-ordinator in her role between Northern Ireland customers and the testing laboratories undertaking food quality and safety testing on behalf of those customers.
Key Accountabilities
1. To shop for pre-determined food items at least 3 times per week
2. To ensure the correct samples are purchased and stored appropriately
3. To update daily the internal spreadsheet.
4. To assist with the creation of sample submission forms
5. To ensure all behavior in store is conducted in a professional manner.
Qualifications
6. GCSE grade A to C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
7. Full driving license.
8. Good verbal and written communication
9. Timeliness and urgency
10. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software, and general computer practice
11. High focus on precision and accuracy
12. Able to work under pressure
