Graduate Opportunity - Team Administrator
This is a brand-new role that will suit someone who has around 12-18 months administrative experience within a corporate environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
\t
* You will work alongside your manager helping to oversee the daily running of the EA Team.
\t
* Liaising with the Lead EA’s and helping to organise cover, book in contractors etc.
\t
* Helping with general queries from the EA team.
\t
* Project manage recruitment processes from start to finish – booking in interviews and sending out invites, etc.
\t
* Process training and development programmes. keeping all systems up to date.
\t
* Administrative duties for mid and year end reviews.
\t
* Working closely with the HR department.
The ideal candidate:
\t
* Confident in keeping on top of the workload - able to juggle and prioritise.
\t
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
\t
* Approachable and real team player.
\t
* Interest in HR or operations rather than being an EA.
\t
* Muck in attitude and willing to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
\t
* Good level of IT skills and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
\t
* Able to use you initiative and bring new ideas to the role.
