The role
We’re looking for an Angle Fabricator Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You’ll operate angle fabrication machinery and produce high-quality fabricated angles to drawing, specification, and “Right First Time” standards—while maintaining a safe, efficient work area.
Reporting to the Fabrication Team Leader, you’ll be part of a team focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
* Operate angle fabrication machinery (including angle punches and section rollers)
* Read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
* Set up and adjust machines to achieve required dimensions and tolerances
* Monitor equipment performance and product quality; make adjustments where needed
* Carry out routine inspections and cleaning to ensure safe, reliable operation
* Record production activity, materials used, stock usage and scrap accurately
* Identify and report faults/malfunctions and liaise with maintenance when required
* Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines
* Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety
