My client is seeking an EHS Administrator to support the Safety Manager and EHS Team on a high-profile phamaceutical project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where safety and compliance are paramount. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Deliver H&S inductions for new employees and contractors ✅ Coordinate site visitors and ensure compliance with safety protocols ✅ Maintain site safety folders and assist with KPI requirements ✅ Update and manage EHS databases (equipment, testing, documentation) ✅ Track and report safety statistics, audits, and compliance trends ✅ Administer project safety programs, including Toolbox Talks & BBS programs ✅ Support the development of safety documents and training requirements ✅ Manage safety signage, PPE stock control, and site safety boards What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems Experience in an administrative role within construction or data centres (preferred) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement This is a fantastic opportunity to join my client, a company that puts safety at the heart of everything they do.
