The Role: Coaching the Next Generation You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young adults undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 Bricklaying qualifications in a high-tech training facility in Bristol. Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Level 2 and Level 3 Bricklaying apprenticeship qualifications. Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre. Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards. Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification) We are looking for proven occupational experience in the Roofing industry. Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant occupational experience within Bricklaying. Soft Skills: Good communication, enthusiastic to work with young people and basic IT skills.
