Responsibilities
* Preparation of LPAs and Wills including the provision of IHT advice
* Dealing with the administration of estates and trust work
* Deputyship applications
* Being involved with the business development of the department
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is dedicated, driven, hardworking and able to deal with a full caseload with minimum supervision. Definite partnership prospects for the right candidate.
Qualifications
* Solicitor or Legal Executive
* STEP accreditation would be preferable but not essential
