Procurement Consultant - All Levels (Security Cleared)

Job Description
Due to increased workloads and securing additional clients across both Public and Private sectors, we have a new opportunity for a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our growing Contract Services team within our UK offices.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
* Manage and collaborate with a team on end‑to‑end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
* Support clients in the post‑contract contract management of major projects.
* Support the development of the procurement services provided by T&T.
* Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition.
* Support delivery of both team and wider business targets.
* Support bid preparation and proposal documentation and strengthen the team’s work‑winning capability.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong experience leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
* Background in tender preparation, processes and development of key documents in relevant sectors.
* Experience in supplier engagement activities, including market engagement through to contract award.
* Cross‑sector experience with Utilities, Defence and Security, or Public Contract Regulations (or equivalent); ability to lead and develop key procurement strategies.
* Experience using a range of standard model contract approaches, with a particular emphasis on NEC4.
* Experience in Alliancing / Partnership Contract arrangements.
* Experience in post‑contract contract management, advising clients on commercial and contractual matters, especially under NEC4.
* Achieved – or working towards / willing to work towards – MCIP accreditation.
* Preferably possess a degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
* Preferably possess experience working in the Defence and/or Infrastructure sectors.
* Ideally hold Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or able to be reinstated.
* Ability to develop supply chain intelligence strategies.
* Understanding of commercial principles and modelling; experience developing commercial models covering a range of complexity.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Adaptable and takes personal responsibility to succeed the right way.
* Confident, independent and able to work with autonomy without need for supervision.
* Can manage multiple activities and stakeholders.
* Ability to collaborate and develop and/or manage a team to achieve desired outcomes.
