They have been established for nearly thirteen years and has a resilient business. Values and durations range from £1m-£8m, and up to 2 years. By the end of this year, they will have completed over 40 schemes. The role: As the business grows, its estimation department it requires an additional estimator who can comprehend technical reports particularly FRAEWs. Duties: • Prepare accurate cost estimates for cladding projects. • Analyse drawings, specifications, and related documents. • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and product details. • Work closely with project managers and the commercial team. • Contribute to tender submissions. • Attend meetings and site visits as required.
