Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 2 pupils. · Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire, motivate, and challenge students. · Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and setting targets for improvement. · Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources, share best practices, and support whole-school initiatives. · Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes respect and curiosity. · Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. · Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events as required.
