We are recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse with a surgical bias to join the nursing team at a small animal veterinary hospital in Southend on Sea area of ESSEX.
Role:
* Full time hours worked on a 24-hour hospital rota
* practice is a busy, progressive 24-hour veterinary hospital and is fully equipped with the latest equipment and technologies.
* role would suit enthusiastic, capable all-round Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a hospital team
* ideally you will have a surgical bias and able to provide theatre support across routine and more advanced and emergency and critical care procedures.
* role would suit a strong team player with excellent communication skills and keen to develop professionally within a hospital setting
* Well located near to Southend on Sea and Southend Airport with great local amenities and transport links and easy access to both countryside and coast.
Requirements:
* Qualified Vet Nurse
* Registered with RCVS
* surgical bias and able to provide theatre support
Salary package:
* Salary to £32,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
* CPD Allowance, paid holidays, paid RCVS and VDS fees, workplace pension scheme, staff discounts etc
