Wood is recruiting for Project Administrator to support a high-profile client across UK projects.
The Project Administrator will join our Upstream team within our Operations business.
This role is open to both full‑time and part‑time applicants with a requirement for hybrid working 3 days per week being based out of either Aberdeen, Glasgow, Stockton or Staines.
Please note applicants must be able to pass HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

The Role
The Project Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of four core projects. This position is responsible for delivering organised, proactive administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating internal workflows, managing correspondence, and ensuring databases and project systems are up to date and compliant.
As an experienced Project Administrator, you will act as a central point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will support the wider project team by ensuring information is communicated clearly, tasks are tracked and completed within agreed timelines, and processes run seamlessly from initiation to completion. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively will be essential to supporting successful project delivery.
