International Recruitment Consultant - Woking


We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our International Recruitment Team in Woking. This role focuses on servicing long-established clients within the Energy, Advanced Facilities (Life Sciences & Data Centres), and Infrastructure sectors.

You’ll be part of an established team with a strong existing client base. Once you’re familiar with our business and delivery standards, we encourage individuals who are keen to develop their business development skills and take ownership of growth opportunities.


Your journey with NRL will begin with:

* Candidate sourcing to fulfil client requirements, primarily across Ireland, Europe, and MENA regions.
* Account management and development of key customer relationships.
* Building a strong understanding of market conditions within your sector(s).
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio of clients.
* Engaging candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, telephone, and email.
* Supporting the development of our CRM database in key markets.
* Coordinating and arranging interviews.
* Ensuring compliance with our robust procedures.
* Maintaining excellent CRM system utilisation.
