As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and contribute to the continued development of a team of Residential Child Care Workers who help and support our children, who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma, utilising our trauma-informed practices that are embedded within our culture.

Our leadership team will invest in your professional development in the child care sector. Not only do we source and deliver up-to-date training opportunities, but we also prioritise and discuss your personal development goals to ensure you’re getting the most out of your career.

Our young people may have had many adults come in and out of their lives, often adding to their trauma. Therefore, we are looking for a committed and dedicated Deputy Manager. You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager working in a children’s residential setting, hold a level 5 qualification in leadership and management, or be prepared to work towards it.
