Job Title: Mainteance Electrician
Location: Wembley
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in a commercial office environment located in Bank, Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical bias, with the ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
* Design, install, and maintain electrical systems and components
* Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and provide technical support during implementation
* Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering software to create project plans and diagrams
* Oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Analyze and interpret data, preparing reports and presentations as required
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines
Qualifications
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
* Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations within a commercial setting
* Strong understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
* Proficiency in using design and calculation software
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and communication skills
