Job Description
As a Chef de Partie, your passion for all things food, and the desire to make the perfect dish every time, is what sets you apart. With a keen eye for maintaining the highest standards and thriving during a fast-paced service, you'll soon become an invaluable member of the kitchen team.
* Communicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team members
* Take responsibility for ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, making sure food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are in place
* Be responsible for working independantly in your section of the kitchen and maintaining high standards in preparation and serving of food
Qualifications
We are looking for previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
