Environmental Consultant - Indoor Air & Water Quality

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our dynamic IAWQ team, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting water hygiene monitoring and maintaining site logbooks
* Performing legionella risk assessments and audits of building water systems
* Auditing cooling towers and other high-risk systems
* Drafting schematic diagrams for CAD submission
* Producing water hygiene logbooks for domestic systems
* Assessing air conditioning systems and indoor air quality
* Preparing detailed technical reports with recommendations and lab analysis
* Carrying out asbestos re-inspections and fire risk reviews
* Managing small contracts/projects and liaising with Contract Managers
* Presenting findings and reports to clients
* Ensuring compliance with BV's Health & Safety policies and ethical standards
* Collaborating with the central planning team to ensure efficient scheduling
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in indoor air and water quality (desirable)
* Strong organisational and workload planning skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Solid understanding of relevant legislation and guidance
* Health & Safety awareness
* Computer literacy
* Qualifications:
* GCSEs or A Levels
* BOHS P901 & P902, City & Guilds, or WMSoc certifications
* Degree in a related field (preferred)
