Junior IT Administrator – Formula E TeamThis role involves providing essential first-level IT support, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, ready to handle a variety of IT tasksResponsibilities include Troubleshooting, Managing IT inventory, Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employeesKey skillset requirements areProvide 1st level IT Support to employees (onsite/remote)Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assetsPerform onboardings/offboarding’s of employeesCreate and maintain IT documentationAssist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/toolsProcuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipmentAdministering corporate software systemsSuggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipmentMaintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and servicesManaging an issue tracking systemAdditional attributes our candidates should possess are:Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skillsTech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity toolsPleasant and patient communicatorComputer science-oriented education or tech backgroundPositive, problem-solving attitudeThis position is based at Silverstone in our purpose-built workshop, with free onsite parking, an onsite gym, and access to peaceful woodland surroundings.
