About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced housing professional who wants to make a real impact. You will help shape the way the service operates, put your own stamp on day-to-day practices, and contribute to a responsive, resident‑focused housing management offer.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a comprehensive housing management service for general needs properties, acting as key point of contact for tenants.
* Allocate, sign‑ups and new tenancy set‑up.
* Tenancy and estate management.
* Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) case management.
* Manage and minimise voids.
* Support tenancy sustainment and early intervention.
* Work closely with internal colleagues and external partners.
* Help shape processes, improve ways of working and influence team development.
About You
* Experience in general needs housing management within a council or housing association setting.
* Confident managing a varied caseload across different housing functions.
* Practical, solutions‑focused approach and enjoys working closely with residents.
* Keen to contribute ideas, improve services and help develop a growing team.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
