You'll also:
* Support the Caretaker with porterage, event setups, parcel deliveries, and other operational duties
* Accurately recording test results and maintaining up-to-date compliance data using digital and paper systems
* Helping improve and maintain compliance systems and documentation
* Supervising non-DBS checked contractors on site when needed
* Assisting with the storage and distribution of compliance-related materials and keys
* Maintaining a visible and proactive presence across campus to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
You'll bring:
* A motivated, reliable and detail-focused approach
* Confidence working independently and managing routine tasks to a high standard
* Good organisational and record-keeping skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDFs
* A practical mindset with the physical ability to move between campus sites and complete hands-on tasks
* Some knowledge of building services and compliance (desirable but not essential – training will be provided)
* Qualifications in areas like PAT Testing, Legionella Awareness or Fire Safety are a bonus, but not required
