Our client, a forward-thinking renewable energy company, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to support operational and corporate teams across multiple UK sites.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on employee relations, supporting managers, recruitment, performance management, and driving practical HR solutions within an operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance
* Coaching and supporting managers with people matters
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
* Advising on HR policies and employment law
* Supporting employee engagement and change initiatives
* Monitoring HR metrics including absence and turnover
About You
* Proven HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience within manufacturing, logistics, engineering, energy, or similar operational environments
* Strong employee relations experience
* Good knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* CIPD Level 5 desirable
* Willingness to travel regularly between sites
