Role Description
AR Recruitment Services is seeking a full-time Mortgage Consultant to join our team. Based on-site in Newcastle Upon Tyne, this role involves providing expert mortgage advice and solutions, assisting clients in understanding their financial options, and guiding them through the mortgage process. The consultant will assess client needs, analyze financial documents, recommend suitable products, and ensure each customer receives impeccable service throughout their mortgage journey.
Qualifications
* Expertise in the Mortgage Industry, including knowledge of mortgage products and processes
* Proficiency in Finance and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to analyze financial documents
* Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and relationship building
* Detail-oriented and capable of navigating complex industry regulations with accuracy
* Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
* Experience working with financial services or banking institutions is a plus
