Lifeways is looking for a Care Team Leader to work alongside our Service Manager in the leadership and day-to-day management of our established service. Key Details:
* Shift pattern varies depending on the service location (multiple locations).
* Shift hours: 7.00-2.30 / 2.30-10, with one sleep-in per week.
* Full-time position - 37.5 hours per week.

Must hold a full UK Driving Licence, as driving company cars is required for this role.
Applicants with experience as Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) are preferred. However, dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress are encouraged to apply. Lifeways offers excellent training and ongoing development.
As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of excellent person-centred care, enabling individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
You will be involved in recruitment, staff supervision, conducting interviews, and providing guidance. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with IT skills for record keeping, are essential.
