We are seeking dedicated individuals to support residents with a variety of complex care needs, including dementia, nursing care requirements, falls prevention, and enhanced observation packages. There is an immediate need for staff who can provide high-quality 1:1 support and build positive relationships with residents through consistent, person-centred care. The client places a strong emphasis on continuity and regularly block-books staff in advance, providing excellent opportunities for ongoing work and consistent shifts.
