The position
Were looking for an Ecommerce Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility across ecommerce, marketplaces, affiliates and social commerce. While TikTok Shop will be a major focus, this isnt a one-channel role. Youll be working across multiple touchpoints to help drive revenue, improve performance and build a stronger digital commerce operation.
If you enjoy spotting opportunities, testing ideas, optimising what works and turning commercial potential into measurable results, youll feel right at home.
What youll be doing
* Driving ecommerce growth across key digital channels
* Taking ownership of TikTok Shop performance and expansion
* Managing product listings, promotions, bundles and trading activity
* Working with creators, affiliates and partners to drive customer acquisition
* Monitoring performance data and turning insights into action
* Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies across ecommerce, CRM, paid media and content
* Identifying new opportunities to improve revenue, conversion and customer experience

Experience with TikTok Shop is essential and well need to see evidence of success in that in your background.
