Regional Manager – (South East) - Must be located on territory to apply!
Salary 40-60k + Performance Based Bonus.
As a Regional Sales Manager for medical laser systems and accessories covering a broad range of surgical areas including Urology (TULA), Proctology Vascular, Gynaecology and ENT
You will have a large amount of autonomy, so the ability to manage your own time and business is required
Key Roles:
* Plan, organise and review sales activity and operations with particular focus in Urology (TULA), Proctology and Gynaecology.
* Maintain business and provide a high level of training support to end users
* Maintain on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis records of your activities
* Cover the marketplace by maximising efficiencies through effective Territory Planning
* Generate customer proposals quoting products and price listings within company guidelines.
* Assist were applicable the design, approval and printing of domestic product and marketing material
* Interpret sales and marketing data and determine effective sales strategies with your territory
* Educate and support customers
* Forecasting
* Participate at in-house sales meeting and present your activity status
* Organise and provided on-site equipment demonstrations and keep a log of all demonstration and equipment movements under your control
* Immediately advise the service department when products under your direction when equipment malfunctions occur or a routine service or an inspection is required
* Attend conferences, exhibitions and workshop seminars in both domestic and overseas when required
* Support and attend training workshops and seminars, when provided by our principles when held at their facilities internationally
* Install and commission all related equipment with follow-up staff training visits for aspects of equipment functions and relevant clinical applications
* If called upon provide expertise and assistance in Promed’s other product specialities and territories when needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent But not neccesary
* Experience with medical device theatre based sales
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Ability to work with own initiative
