Are you highly organised, friendly, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? Arcadia Spa, an award-winning and results-driven spa located at the George Albert Hotel in Dorchester, is looking for a Spa Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our busy spa.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in beauty therapy looking for a new direction, or anyone with strong admin and customer service skills who would love to work in the wellness industry. No previous spa experience is necessary - full training will be provided.
About the Role
As Spa Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every guest receives a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they book to the moment they leave. You'll manage daily admin tasks, liaise with the hotel team, and support the spa manager with the running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the diary and booking system (Phorest, Spa Breaks, Spa Seekers, Buy a Gift).
* Welcome clients on arrival, handling check-ins and queries with warmth and professionalism.
* Liaise with the hotel to arrange spa breaks, client lunches, and afternoon teas.
* Assist with admin, stock management, and general housekeeping tasks.
* Support the spa manager with daily operations.
* Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently.
* Provide product and treatment information, upselling where appropriate.

* Flexibility to work weekends.
* Previous beauty therapy experience is an advantage, but not essential.
