Job Purpose
We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Client Solutions Specialist to lead the growth and promotion of apprenticeship programmes. This strategic role is focused on driving pipeline development, increasing market awareness, and building strong relationships with partners and clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure apprenticeship programmes are employer-led and meet stakeholder needs
* Support planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of apprenticeship programmes
* Manage and grow partner relationships through effective account management
* Segment customer base to identify targets and tailor strategies
* Expand partner network and engagement
* Represent the organisation at industry events, webinars, and conferences
* Contribute to a clear sales strategy and identify new business opportunities
* Demonstrate the value of apprenticeships in helping clients achieve their goals
* Produce high-quality proposals and bid responses
* Negotiate client contracts in collaboration with internal teams
* Maintain accurate records in CRM (Hubspot)
* Follow up on all marketing campaign leads
* Attract candidates through advertising and monitor campaign effectiveness
* Ensure effective selection methods with high applicant success rates
* Communicate with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship systems, legislation, and regulations
* Perform other duties as reasonably instructed
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
* Experience in apprenticeships, work-based learning, or related programmes
* Strong understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy
* Proven account management experience and CRM proficiency
* Experience working with employers on skills projects and in client-facing roles
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* Familiarity with OFSTED requirements
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Comfortable engaging with professionals across industries, including construction
* Awareness of industry trends and cultural diversity
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Qualifications & Training
* Experience managing apprenticeship/training schemes and implementing new standards
* Knowledge of training methodology: Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, Evaluation
