* Strong, positive relationships between staff and students
Our motivated staff, students, parents, carers, and community have worked diligently to enhance all aspects of our school. Staff report a positive school culture and ethos. Despite current challenges in education, we collaborate to provide the best possible education for our students.
Our focus is on improving classroom practice, developing student and staff learning, enriching our curriculum, and closing the achievement gap with a focus on equity.
PE/Health & Wellbeing is a happy team, well-led by a strong Principal Teacher. We offer diverse learning experiences, with high demand for PE courses and leadership in our school-wide Youth Achievement Award program. We provide a broad range of sports and have active involvement in student sports through our Active Schools and Student Sports Ambassador programs. This year, we are reintroducing a Sports Awards Evening post-COVID.
Our School of Rugby maintains close links with Preston Lodge Rugby Football Club, with thriving boys' and girls' teams. The current rugby lead will be supported by a Rugby Development Officer, and the successful candidate is expected to take on rugby leadership responsibilities.
We are excited about the future of PE, Preston Lodge, and our community. More information about us can be found at .org/prestonlodgenet and in our weekly PLus newsletter.
