✨ What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them feel included and understood
* Working alongside the teacher to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
* Helping children with additional needs (such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH) to access learning
* Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and social skills
* Being a friendly, reliable adult that children can trust and feel safe with

We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience working with children (this could be in schools, care, coaching, youth work, etc.)
* Are patient, caring, and have a great sense of humour
* Want to make a real impact in a child’s school day
* Are reliable and happy to get stuck in as part of a team
* Have a DBS or are happy to apply for one
