Whether you're supporting pupils one-on-one or leading small groups, your contribution will help create a positive and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 with daily classroom activities.
* Leading small group interventions to boost learning and confidence.
* Observing and tracking progress to support tailored learning plans.
* Helping to plan and deliver engaging, creative activities.
* Setting up and maintaining resources to keep the classroom inspiring and organised.
* Using a calm and caring approach to support children with challenging behaviour.
* Stepping in to lead the class when needed, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
* A relevant qualification in Early Years, KS1 or KS2 education.
* Experience working in a UK primary school setting.
* A solid understanding of the curriculum and how to support children’s development.
* Confidence in managing a classroom and handling behaviour positively.
* A proactive, flexible team player who’s passionate about helping children succeed.
