Deputy Store Leader
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
* Lead and inspire your team to achieve their full potential, using our Leadership & Company Principles as a guide.
* Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.
* Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
