Description In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways : Service-manufacture order opening, TECO, business complete and invoicing. Preparation of quotes for service/overhaul (SAP or other). Subcontract purchase requisition order – purchase order raising. Supplier liaison/parts and return tracking. Maintenance/updating relevant trackers. Maintain/update all details on SAP. Drafting repair plans, compiling complete job packs with documentation as necessary. Regular check ins/communication to technicians, adapting and updating information where necessary (including customer communications). Regular audit of job pack documents to ensure compliance and timely completion per service processes. Responsibilities To be successful in this role you will need the following: Service Advisor experience. Mechanical knowledge. Engine knowledge.
