Job Description
Detail‑oriented professional with a focus on resolving billing queries and enhancing customer experiences. The role includes handling billing inquiries related to overdue payments, bill discrepancies, and facilitating payment processing over the phone. This position offers a prime opportunity to grow while providing exceptional service and contributing to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Billing Queries & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve billing issues efficiently, conveying complex details understandably.
* Customer Service & Communication: Listen attentively, empathise, and articulate clear solutions to build trust and positive experiences.
* Payment Processing: Assist customers with secure phone payments, ensuring accurate transactions.
* Target‑Driven & Performance Under Pressure: Meet or exceed support targets, maintaining resilience and focus under pressure.
Qualifications
* Customer Support: Deliver exceptional support by efficiently managing systems to resolve billing issues on the first call.
* Communication: Engage customers with insightful questions and provide clear solutions.
* Problem‑Solving and Resilience: Diagnose issues quickly, maintain patience and composure in dynamic environments.
* Adaptability and Versatility: Connect with diverse customer profiles, ensuring tailored and positive experiences.
Training & Development
Trainers provide comprehensive training on systems, products, and features, followed by a supportive nesting period. Ongoing on‑the‑job training and continuous support promote growth and development.
