We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team at Double Tree by Hilton Woking - the hotel is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, your role will be to truly listen to our guests, to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
You will also be accountable for supervising the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department, as well as ensuring we deliver a 5-star service to our guests.
What You’ll Bring
As well as having previous experience in a similar role as a F&B Supervisor, we look for a F&B Supervisor to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can‑do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
