Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Vocational Level 3 or equivalent knowledge/experience
2. Numeracy and literacy skills
3. Customer service training or experience

4. Willingness to undertake further training when required

5. Clear understanding of confidentiality / GDPR
6. High level of understanding of IT packages
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to deal with staff at all levels within the Trust and Multi-disciplinary teams

10. Previous experience of a busy customer based environment
11. Experience of rostering and supervising a team
