Salary: 23,000euro per year + 2,500euro relocation bonus (paid in the first payslip) + bonus & benefits

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team and drive performance across key client campaigns.
What Youll Do
* Optimize and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
* Support digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
* Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to improve performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
* Ensure continuous campaign optimization using best practices and analytical tools
What Were Looking For
* German language proficiency
* Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
* Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
