TRADE SALES MANAGER – ELECTRICAL WHOLESALERS
NORTHERN IRELAND
SALARY UP TO £50,000 + BONUS + CAR ALLOWANCE
This is a field-based trade sales role covering Northern Ireland, focused on driving growth through the electrical wholesale channel.
You’ll take ownership of an established territory with existing relationships and spend, but with clear headroom to grow it further. This is a role for someone ambitious, visible in the trade, and motivated by progression rather than maintenance.

This is not a passive account-management role. You’ll be expected to grow the area.
THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for developing sales performance across Northern Ireland by working closely with electrical wholesalers and key trade contacts.
Your focus will be on:
• Building strong relationships at branch and regional level
• Increasing product visibility, activity and pull-through
• Supporting wholesale teams with training and engagement
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Developing new relationships where there is potential
You’ll manage your own diary and territory, spending the majority of your time out in the field.
THE PERSON
This role is suited to someone with field sales experience in the electrical industry who is hungry to progress.
You may currently be:
• A field sales rep selling into electrical wholesalers
• A manufacturer or distributor rep within the electrical sector
• A sales-driven wholesaler rep looking to step into a full field role
What matters most is attitude and ambition. You should be:
• Comfortable dealing with trade professionals
• Confident building relationships and opening doors
• Commercially aware and growth-focused
• Organised, driven and self-motivated
Electrical industry experience is essential. Product training will be provided.
