Salary: Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 per hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new Tesco Mobile colleagues a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. Hours are scheduled within these times with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility where your availability closely matches the advertised times.

Responsibilities
* Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day, following opening and closing routines, ensuring facilities are in good working order and available for customers, and listening for and acting on customer feedback.
* Create a positive impression for customers, modelling high standards of dress and readiness to serve.
* Follow the service culture in your department, modelling helpful and friendly service behaviours and demonstrating enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
* Protect the legal brand by delivering legal compliance, understanding all safe and legal routines, and exercising due diligence in your department.
* Support your manager to control costs, maintain stock record accuracy, and be prepared for stock control routines.
