Overview
As a Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till or attending dining areas to look after customers' needs. You will consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service, complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures and treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member.

Recruitment Assistance

Before we can employ you, we are required to verify your eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Acceptable documents to evidence your right to work can be found here. You will need to provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable). Only original documents will be accepted.

The interview is an essential part of our hiring process. It assesses values and attitudes and allows you to show why you are a good fit for McDonald\'s. We look for team-oriented individuals with the right attitudes and behaviours to deliver a great customer and colleague experience.
Benefits and Pay
Benefits include: holiday pay, service awards, meal allowance, employee discounts from top brands, premium shifts, and above national minimum wage. For overnight shifts (midnight to 5am) you may earn extra pay. Pay frequency varies by restaurant type and role; shifts are scheduled to suit you and business needs. Uniforms are provided.
