Immediate start opportunities for Care Assistants looking for weekday afternoon shifts with weekly pay benefits.
The home provides care for residents aged 18‑65, and as a Care Assistant, you would provide a key role in the efficient running of the service.
You will be helping residents with personal care and daily activities, encouraging the service users to remain as independent as possible.
Responsibilities
* Completing relevant paperwork
* Following personalised care plans and reporting any issues you may encounter.
* Assisting with feeding, dressing and bathing
* Providing emotional support and wellbeing for each resident
* Helping with day‑to‑day activities
* Being a companion and someone the residents can share their experiences and memories with

Qualifications
* You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
* Have a checkable work history
* Have up to‑date mandatory training documents, including Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not have up‑to‑date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
* Have an in‑date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired we can arrange a new one for you

Your typical hours will start at 16:00 and finish at 22:00, Monday to Friday.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.35 per hour, plus up to 28 days of accrued holiday pay.
