Purpose Of Job</b> The surgical specialist is responsible for the sales, training, and ongoing support of the OMNI Surgical System within NHS & Private Hospitals in the UK.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Meet and exceed sales objectives to drive UK growth within territory.</li><li>Create and maintain an effective strategic account plan for territory.</li><li>Establish strong/trusted commercial relationships with HCPs to:
<ul><li>Support sales growth</li><li>To develop into a KOL for OMNI</li></ul></li><li>Train and support HCPs in the use of OMNI
<ul><li>Document training progression and completion for HCPs.</li></ul></li><li>Network with HCP peers to identify new leads for potential business growth.</li><li>Participate in Regional/National meetings when required.</li><li>Appropriately escalate clinical/surgical issues, complications, complaints, adverse events.</li><li>Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.</li><li>Complete all company training and compliance requirements in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain a professional and credible image with all customers and co-workers.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Successful sales track record in med device industry.</li><li>Strong relationship building skills.</li><li>Strong sales presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as well as within a strong team environment.</li></ul><h3>Educational Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li></ul><h3>Experience Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years sales experience, with minimum of 3 years of selling pharmaceutical/devices in Ophthalmology with proven track record of success.</li></ul><h3>Other Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills necessary.</li><li>Valid UK driver’s license.</li><li>Required to live within geography of territory.</li></ul></div>
