We are looking for a National Account Manager - Field Based to join our Pipe and Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, a leading trade merchant in the UK and Ireland.
**Salary:** Competitive Salary + Car/Allowance £5,500 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage relationships with 10 national accounts, understanding customer requirements.
* Engage with all Pipe and Climate branches and regional offices to discuss projects and opportunities.
* Identify and develop existing accounts to maximize sales and margins.
* Manage accounts effectively from site to office, maintaining relationships at all levels.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the national sales strategy.
**Requirements:**
* Knowledge of the Pipe and Climate industry is preferred but not essential.
* Experience as an account manager, ideally across a multi-branch network.
* Ability to manage complex issues and deliver sustainable results.
* Experience in planning sales territories, managing key accounts, and developing new business against targets and KPIs.
