Oracle Delivery Director
Take the Lead in Oracle Cloud Transformation. We are looking for an Oracle Delivery Director to drive forward our Public Sector Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM) portfolio – with ownership, influence and impact.

What You’ll Do
* Customer Delivery
o Full accountability for end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programmes across ERP, HCM, and EPM.
o Engage with senior stakeholders, lead Steering Groups, and keep customers at the heart of delivery.
o Drive outcomes that balance transformational ambition with practical delivery.
* Commercial Growth
o Own and manage your P&L, with portfolio accountability (typically £/€500k–£/€3m+).
o Collaborate with commercial colleagues to design propositions that win opportunities and fuel growth.
o Shape and influence major proposals, ensuring customer-first outcomes.
* People Leadership
o Lead and inspire a diverse delivery team across the UK, Ireland, and India.
o Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
o Ensure teams remain at the forefront of Oracle Cloud innovation, methodologies, and accelerators.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record overseeing multi-million-pound portfolios or programmes.
* Experience engaging at C-level and delivering transformational change in Finance and/or HR systems.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing P&L.
* An inspiring leader who can drive performance, ask tough questions, and bring people together to deliver the right solutions.
* Passion for customer success and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
