We are looking to recruit an Associate for our client's London Structured Finance Group, on a permanent basis. This role will be Hybrid in London.
Candidates should have 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in structured or securitised finance. Experience with cross-border transactions, various asset lending, financing and CLOs would be great. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with experience at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US law firm.
