We are looking for a reliable and professionalClass 2 HGV Driverto join our Northampton-basedclient. This is a hands-on role combining safe, compliant driving with customer-facing deliveries and branch support.

Key responsibilities include:

o Confirming delivery instructions, planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
*
o Completing delivery paperwork accurately and reporting any discrepancies or returns
*
o Obtaining customer or branch signatures for deliveries and internal transfers
*
o Reporting road restrictions, delivery issues,accidentsor incidents promptly
*
o Driving safely and professionally in line with all legal and company requirements
*
o Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting mechanical or safety issues
*
o Supervising vehicle loading to ensure loads are secure, within weight limits and sequenced correctly
*
o Ensuring vehicles display relevant licence discs,accreditationsand safety signage

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

o A valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence
*
o Moffett licence (preferred)
*
o Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC
*
o Professional driving experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

o A strong awareness of health and safety
*
o A professional, customer-focused attitude
