Informed Engineering is a BIM and Information Management Consultancy specializing in the production, management, and delivery of information for major infrastructure projects. Based in Henley-In-Arden, we implement customized solutions using Bentley ProjectWise, creating efficiencies and ensuring standardization. Our decades of experience with Bentley CAD software and Synchro scheduling tools enable us to offer services from CAD support to fully outsourced Information Management. We also assist clients in obtaining BSI Kitemarks and preparing for audits in line with PAS 1192 and ISO 19650 standards. Our expertise includes producing IFC and COBie data for various projects.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior ProjectWise Administrator, based in Henley-In-Arden with work-from-home flexibility. The Senior ProjectWise Administrator will be responsible for managing and configuring ProjectWise systems, ensuring data security and integrity, providing user support, and troubleshooting issues. Additional tasks include conducting system audits, developing and maintaining system documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure effective data management and delivery as well as providing advice to new clients. An ability to act in work winning capacity would be highly desirable. This role may include international assignments.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience with Administering Bentley ProjectWise, including the creation and deployment of bespoke configurations including workflow rules engine, permissions management and managed workspace for OBD, Microstation and other Bentley Projects.
* Experience in Microstation and OpenBuilding Designer as a CAD Technician would be extremely beneficial.
* Proficiency in managing and configuring ProjectWise systems for day to day use including the production of guidance material.
* Strong skills in data security, integrity management, and system auditing.
* Excellent user support and troubleshooting capabilities
* Effective communication and coordination skills with project teams
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Information Management, BIM, or related fields and Bentley PW Administrator certification.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Knowledge of PAS 1192 and ISO 19650 standards.
