About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional solutions for our clients. You will be primarily focused on delivering and accelerating a complex greenfield project for a medical device, driving project progress across embedded software, mechanical and electrical engineering teams, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. This role is all about delivery: ensuring the project is on track, within budget, and meets regulatory compliance for a Class III medical device.
About You
We are seeking an exceptional project manager who is passionate about achieving project success and designing a better world. You will bring a mix of project leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and natural collaboration. You’ll be someone who quickly builds trust within teams and takes the time to understand how people operate to enhance team collaboration.
Your Skills And Experience
* Three or more years’ experience in managing safety-critical software development projects.
* Experience in working in regulated environments.
* Experience of full life cycle management, including products with significant software.
* Strong commercial understanding from a company and client perspective.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience of managing software projects using Agile methods, and the ability to pragmatically adapt the approaches, ceremonies and tooling to the needs of the project.
* Experience of using Application Lifecycle Management tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
* Experience authoring and presenting statements of work or project bid documents to clients or senior stakeholders.
* Capable of establishing strong client relationships, committed to a results-oriented approach, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
Salary
