What you'll be doing: The people we support have various disabilities such as Learning Disability, Autism and/or complex needs. You'll support on a 1-1, 2-1 or shared basis, promoting independence and to gain confidence within the community and in their own home. Working to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. Drivers essential This is within a supported living service based within the home and community across the Bradford and Keighley areas. Driving essential Communication skills in Punjabi and Urdu are desirable for Female support workers due to service requirements.
